Tips Rice Flour

Good rice is rice grains intact and dry hard. In order to better the quality of rice, should be stored in a dry and clean. If the rice is moist, it should be dried in advance so as not moldy and wormy.  

smelling fresh new rice, its not a lot of sucking water and if cooked less bloom, but fragrant. While the old rice smelled musty, there its much sucking of water and blossom when processed.  

while rice flour is rice that has been washed and dried, crushed and milled into fine. before flour used should be dried and sieved. either rice flour is rice flour that is not mixed with the material - the other ingredients and no preservatives.
